Hey Laurie, You are okay now, though right?

I've had dumping a total of three times now..

Each one a little more severe, the last one last night (Thanksgiving eve.) I had

done so well at Thanksgiving dinner at my sister's house, and then went shopping

with my hubby, we were out about 4 or 5 hours, and I hadn't eaten anything since

my 2 T. of mashed pot. and 2 T. of dressing, and one bite of pumpkin pie. By the

time we returned home I thought I was starving, I warmed up the left overs my

sister sent for my husband, and made myself a small saucer of food, 3T of pot.

3T of dressing, and part of a turkey wing. I finished it all up in about 5

minutes.. Of course I wasn't listening to my body, because I wasn't giving it a

chance to talk. I was too busy stuffing it. Then it hit!!! About 4 a.m. I

finally had a bowel movement and belched a few times.

I know you should probably walk but boy oh boy you sure don't feel like it!!

Why I'm adding my experience is because I agree with Laurie totally. Nothing

(NOTHING) should get you off your routine of eating 4-6 times (or 8) a day.

Don't get to the point where you're feeling hungry, because it is just too easy

to fall back into your old ways of eating too fast and too much!

We certainly learn by our mistakes, don't we Laurie? Sorry, it happened to you,

especially beings you were alone with your baby. Must have been really

frightening..

Hugs,

Trudy
