Guest guest
This diet seems ideal for me because it doesn't contain most of my food allergens. However, I have so much trouble sticking to a diet. Even just dairy free is so difficult for me. Has anyone else experienced this, but eventually got the hang of it? I'm to the point of where I feel like eating healthy is almost impossible for me because of my intense cravings and somewhat impulsive choices to eat inappropriate foods. Do you guys worry about rotating the foods(non- allergy/sensitive foods) when you have a picky eater with lots of sensitivities? I'm a picky eater(oral hypersensitiveness) and find it very hard to do diets with limited food choices. I feel that having a healthy diet is essential, but it just feels like everytime I try I end up failing in the end. Carolyn

When there were times when I thought I may feel left out (at a party with no munchies or at the movies) I bring along an SCD treat of some kind. << Do you guys worry about rotating the foods(non- > allergy/sensitive foods) when you have a picky eater with lots of > sensitivities? Using " rotate " as the " Search " word at http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/pecanbread/messages turns up many posts. There is lots of support on this group to help you through the hard times. : ) Sheila, SCD Feb. 2001, UC 23yrs, PCOD 22yrs mom of and
