I have a very old pressure cooker I have been using recently, but it

is alluminum. We got rid of all our alluminum cookware years ago.

Don't you get the same issue with alluminum pressure cookers as you

would other alluminum cookware? Would it be a better option to invest

in a new stainless one?

Yes, definately get rid of any aluminum cookware. Aluminum causes constipation,

bleeding ulcers, alzheimers and other issues.

and Beth,

Thanks for your advice. Just confirmed what I knew I needed to do.
