allergic to egg, dairy,gluten,vanilla and almond

What do I use to replace these since most are part of SCD....but my

son showed allergies to all of these

Gluten is always SCD illegal. There are true allergies and there are

sensitivities. It may turn out that after a while on SCD your son may

be able to eat the other items again. You don't really have to put

vanilla in anything. A different nut flour can be substituted for the

almond. SCD can be done without dairy. Eggs can be replaced by pureed

squash or pear in baking and there are also a couple of egg-replacer

recipes on www.pecanbread.com
