keep remebering other questions after I send prior one. Has cp

disrupted the quality of your sleep, and what do you take for sleep

(anyone on benzodiazepams???). 3rd day of weaning cold turkey off

Ativan....bad w/d effects. Thanks for your compassion and support!!!

I take no meds at all. I meditate and believe the body is only the vehicle, we

live in our souls and spirits...I choose to be drug free as much as possible. I

find my quality of life has greatly improved. -Kathleen
