Guest guest
taken. Main reason I wanted OFF Ativan was due to tired feeling all day.....I knew it was addictive and like you took nightime only(SMALL dose .35mg). And when my stomach started acting up, I knew Ativan should not be taken with an acid blocker(which I thought I needed).....plus, all this 30 lbs weight loss in 8 weeks has occured during these 8 weeks of Ativan. I KNOW to taper, which I did from 1/2 to .35....can't pill break consistently......water titration/Valium crossover is ok but LONG ....yes, I have side effects from w/d, but you said after 3 days w/d from Xanax your pancreas flared up? For the first time EVER? Or just aggravated from an on-going bout of panc problems? The area over the hiatel hernia is killing me too but has been week before I stopped Ativan....all those symptoms and weight loss lead my GI doc to think P cancer,,,,will know from CT Scan done last Friday. Have almost all physical symptoms w/d....not fun but I HATE a n addictive med. When you resumed Xanax, did it help your panc? What dosage do you now take? Thanks
