Guest guest
Of those using the supplement L-Glutamine, how many mg are you using in your children? We had our first visit with a naturopath for my daughter's Crohn's. She suggested L-glutamine at 1tsp/3xday in powder form, but I could only get it in capsules which are 500mg each. After reconsulting the naturopath, she said the capsule equivalent would end up being 4-6 capsules/3xday. That just seems to me to be excessive, as that would end up being 6000-9000mg/day. Does that sound reasonable for a 60lb. child? I was having trouble finding any children's dosages in online research.
