" I found this on the gfcf_yeast_elimation_recipes_KIDS saying that this is ok to use, what about changing the gut flora. are these safe for one that has candida. It is a sugar alcohol and is illegal. Vegetable glycerin is okay in small amounts for SCD. Elaine wrote that people can use it if they **really** have to and a miniscule amount may be okay in supplements. But she really didn't like it.
