Guest guest
Shybassett, One of the problems with our condition is that if we are not destined to gain weight, we won't. It seems to me that foods that will, for me, add to my weight, I just can't tolerate them at all. Eating out, eating high fat, ice cream and on and on are just off of the list as I will just throw them up anyway. Now, some here gain weight and, it seems in their cases, no matter how little or what they eat, they gain and gain. It just does not make any sense at all.
