No, 106 isn't high at all. It's as close to perfect as you could

be...ha! Perfect is anything between 80 and 110.

Yes, a fasting blood glucose over 126 is classified as diabetic by

most competent Endocrinologists. ADA now says anything over 140, but

most Endo's prefer 126 as an indicator of diabetes. I have an article

on this that I'll dig up and post.

That's what I am saying! 106 and I would be THRILLED! Seems like every few years

the ADA lowers that number of what is a diabetic...Thanks Heidi. -kathleen
