Guest guest
-, I have been on Creon for almost 2 years now and have had the dosage increased twice. From what I understand, as the pancreas loses the function of secreting the enzymes the amount taken increased to compensate for what is missing. My doctor increases the enzymes when either the discomfort is increasing or i have increased diarrhea (disgusting as it may be). Then things level off again for awhile. My last increase was in July. So it really isn't a tolerence but a decrease in pancreatic function that causes the difficulties for me at least. -- In pancreatitis , " " <cdrrn@c...> wrote: > I have been on enzymes for about 10 months now, creon to be exact. >
