I am having a hard time with supplements. I tried the GI-Pro Health

SCD Legal multi and couldn't tolerate it as well as all the other

multi I have tried pre SCD. Here is one from the Allergy Research

Group that they say is well tolerated by sensitive individuals. Can

some one look at the ingredients and let me know if it is a legal

supplement. They have two. One without copper and iron but has vit

c. This one has copper and iron.

Hi, Doreen,

I'm sorry you're having such a hard time with the multivitamin. The

additives you posted are all legal. However, Elaine did not think

supplementing iron was a good thing to do.

Have you tried the Freeda vitamin Elaine recommended? or any of the

Kirkman products?
