Hi,

I am still not totally healed but my current state of symptoms are tolerable.

Is it possible that over time, I can slowly heal with this diet? Or do I have

to go back to intro and have absolutely no D or B before I can introduce foods.

I'm not eating much variation right now and the thought of eating even less is

not very enticing. I will if I have to but I'm not sure what the benchmark of

progress is. Is it greatly reduced or complete remission of symptoms before

increasing foods? Part of me thinks that the vitamins from a more varied diet

helps healing too.

I am starting the yogurt this week and tolerating it. How fast do you

increase the tsp upwards to a real serving?

Some people eat more complex foods and slowly have healing. Others

like myself don't really have a choice. I had to use simple foods

for a long time. If I tried foods that were slightly more complex

my symptoms would increase and I would rapidly go downhill.

Some do it this way but as long as your symptoms improve even if it

is slowly you could continue as you are doing. If you want to speed

things up you could try eating simpler easier to digest foods.

I was unable to tolerate multivitamins so while I was eating a

sparse diet I started juicing (very diluted) to give me some

vitamins. I had to be careful that all pulp and fiber was removed

and diluted the juice 75% when I started.

If you tolerate the yogurt well you can double the amount every

day. I found that once I tolerated the yogurt the rate of my

healing really increased.
