Guest guest
Tom has yeast aid three times a day - biotin, vitamin c, selenium, olive leaf extract, pau d'arco (bark), goldenseal, caprylic acid, cranberry extract, oregano, sorbitol, crospovidone (??), citric acid, sodium ascorbate, salt, passion fruit, sucralose, pineapple, banana and silicon dioxide. I'm assuming that some of these are illegal and we should go cold turkey and let the diet deal with the yeast? Guest guest
Hi, Steph, Yes, unfortunately there are several illegals in the product you've been using. You may still need to treat the yeast while on SCD. Please read here for advice: http://www.pecanbread.com/new/yeast.html mom to -12 SCD 4/23/
