I take plain ol' Advil all the time...and prefer to take Advil during

the day than to take narcotics. AND I get lectures from my family

doctor, my gastro doctor, my pain doctor about my high use of it. I

tell them " until they can come out with pain relief that doesn't make

me dizzy, loopy, and/or nauseated to the extreme, I will take Advil

because it makes the pain nearly bearable without the side effects. " I

don't do well with most pain meds, at all. Try it, it may work for

you and make sure you tell your doctor how much you are taking...and

be prepared for a lecture if you take too much. Right now, for me

anyway, the benefits outweigh the risks. Please though, talk with

your doctor...I don't want to cause you more problems. :-(

Just sharing.

Please Please make sure your drinking lots of fluids, this is not told

on TV, or magazines but ALOT of people on dialysis got that way from

Advil or Ibuprofen and NSAIDS in general, please flush flush those

important kidneys you need them.
