I sat next to Debbie at the Golden Corral. She wasnt very big although she

claimed to be. She and her mother are just gorgeous. But just think, I was

a whole 100 pounds heavier than Debbie when we met for lunch. One day imma

be small like her.

Ya know what is really cool is every time I see my WLS buddies we are smaller

and the hugs get tighter every time. It is such a wonderful feeling to have

people give you a hug and they cannot only fit their arms around you but they

can squeeze too! My son measures me now he says my I can hold my elbows

around you before he used to just hold my shoulders. I love it!
