Insurance letter from Dr. Rutledge

Need help!

I have been trying to contact Dr. Rutledge so that I can get

a insurance letter to fax too my insurance company. I would

like to know how long it takes to get a letter from Dr. " R " .

It has been since Nov. 7th,2000 when I was at the clinic and

I haven't received my letter for the insurance company yet.

If anyone knows please e-mail me back at b7449y@....

so that I will know what or when to expect it.

Hi Betty,

I did not receive mine either for a week or two. So, I wrote to Dr. R.

and told him that I sent it and I never received it. He wrote me and

asked my name and address and it was sent to me the next morning.

If I were you I would send my SSN, name, address, phone number, so maybe

they will be able to find it easier..

Christy thank you for your reply about insurance letter.

I think I have met you. I was in the Nov.7th clinic group.

I have e-mailed Dr.Rutledge sever times and haven't heard

a word from him. I have called Barbara several times and

she has not gotten back to me. I guest there isn't any thing

else to do except but to keep trying to reach them until I

get an answer. Thanks for getting back too me with the

with the Insurance information.
