Coconut Legal Fresh or unsweetened, shredded coconut and coconut

flour are all legal.

Just found this on BTVC. Maybe it is an error. Could someone contact

the site administrator to change it if so...? I have used coconut

flour based on the BTVC site. (Not for me, too advanced for me.

Maybe you guys say it is illegal because it is SO advanced for

newbies. But folks who are really healed on SCD could probably use

it, wouldnt you think? my hubby is pretty close to being ready for

it, assuming this isnt a mistake on the BTVC website.)

Hi ,

Coconut flour is not illegal. It is just a bit more advanced than

other nut flours.
