Hi Christy,

<<<<what if Your DAN doctor prescribes a much higher does...than what

Elaine recommends?>>>>

Elaine wanted the children to startw tih 3 billion per day split into

a morning and evening dose. You can then gradually work up to a 9

billion CFU's/day dose if you want - from a probiotic source.

If you want a higher amount it is far better to look at fermented

foods (yogurt, nut milk yogurt, sauerkraut, fermented veggies and

their juices). These sources have natural enzymes, higher counts of

bacteria and since they are in food they can travel farther in the

body than commercial probiotics. This allows them to have a greater

impact on the healing of the body.

know that Dysbiosis is a combo of Virus, bacteria, parasites, and

yeast in the intestines...I have not had the time to research

more...but something is working with the diet, dyflucan 21 day cycle,

and Probiotic (VSL-3) I know it's illegal, but we weighed the options

with the dr. and decided to use it up since we bought it!
