Guest guest
Hello We haven't got started yet. We're just introducing some foods from teh book to famiarise him and us. SO far the chicken muffins are a no no (too soggy) but the meat loaf with garlic and avocado is popular. Off to make ice creams from whizzed avocado, ripe banana and orange juice. The nut biscuits - peanut butter, mixed nut and a drip of honey a huge success. Good. Now then - please could someone let me know if these are legal? chamomile tea (he loves it, relaxes him and the heat seems to help) Sausage skins - made from pig guts, not collagen peppermint tea dandelion tea is there any form of yeast treatment that is SCD legal? can he have HOuston enzymes on SCD? (We use zyme prime and AFP) what about pear bars? (i.e. dried fruit bars, condensed, perhaps in small chunks?) the book says " brick cheese " - what is this? Is it cheddar? many, many thanks and apologies for dumb questions Steph x UK, mum of Tom, 9. ASD
