I thought it might be helpful to see my stats on a weekly basis. I started

on May 22, 200 weighing 280 lbs. I am 33 years old (just barely!) and 5'8 "

tall. I did water aerobics starting in early June. In late August I

switched to Jazzercise, and I go 5 days per week. I eat anything I want, in

reasonable portions. Less than prior to surgery, but not small amounts!
