how much are we allowed to consume electrolyte drink in a day?

My daughter likes the electrolyte drink and I gave her twice a day when

I make a quart. On those days (I only made them twice so far), she has

three BMs and one of them will be mushy. Most of times she has

constipation. Just want to know if this is okay and if there is any

limit to drink it.

One more question, is sillica colloidal legal?

You can try to halve the amount she drinks and see if it still causes

the mushy stool. It sounds as if it is a little too much for her.
