Well chicken pancakes it is! He does like them but with mustard and

that is okay right? What is the best type of mustard that you have

A very small amount of legal dry mustard powder would appear to be ok

on the intro since it's an ingredient in the mayo (which turns out to

be ok for the intro.) But jarred mustard has quite a few ingredients,

so I would wait to try it until after the intro. The brands of mustard

available vary according to where you live. Some have reported that

Wal-mart's Great Value brand, both regular and brown, appear to be

legal. You should look at the ingredients list. You should see all

legal ingredients and no vague terms like " spices " or " flavor " .

If this is for the intro you should avoid the mustard. Once off the

intro you can introduce it.

If you aren't doing the intro then ignore this post. : )
