found pork bellies and need to make bacon

I found a meat market that sells pork bellies with just raw and

plain. They say that is what you would make bacon with. How do you

do that and for SCD purposes? Does anyone know how you do or some way

to do it to make something similar?

There are recipes to make your own bacon on the internet, but it

involves brining and smoking, so I think I'd try Bronwyn's method first.
