Make sure your patient letter is AT LEAST 10 pages long - not double spaced

and no wide margins. Dr. R is pretty strict on this. He wants a whole page

on each topic and he means it. He has rejected people's letter recently for

not being adequate. Once you get started it is not that difficult!

JULIE THANK YOU FOR YOUR ADVICE BUT I JUST FOUND OUT TODAY THAT DR.R DOES

NOT EXCEPT MEDICAID . I WISH THAT I HAD GOOD INSURANCE BUT I CAN'T KEEP

AND JOB LONG ENOUGH TO GET IT BECAUSE I HURT AS MUCH BECAUSE OF MY WEIGHT.

HOW DO OTHERS DO IT? I KNOW I'M NOT THE ONLY OBESE PERSON OUT THERE . IS IT

Donna,

I have decided that if my insurance doesn't cover the surgery I will sell my

truck or refinance it to pay. The debt it will put me in will be far worth

it.
