I thought I used the right amount of starter (Progurt)and did everything like I always do (except I remembered to turn on the dehydrator. I came out with the yogurt separated. The cream seems a little thicker than normal and there is a layer of the liquid on top. It is definitely tart. It is more tart than normal. Could I have done something wrong absentmindedly?
