Guest guest
, I e-mailed Dr. Sutherland about antinflammatories. Ibprofen and aspirin are known to cause gastroparesis, but this should not be a problem. Tylenol is okay, as far as he knows. He said that there is not a lot of information about this subject, and he is not sure. Crystal Galloay

Tylenol is the only thing that helps my headaces and advil is just the ticket for cramps. I think it is still a good idea to stand onthe side of caution and not exceed the dose of tylenol recommeded; 2.6 grams perday; for long term tylenol therapy. Shoot I rarely take more than a half a gram a day, and never need to take more then 1 gram. Advil now, I take bookoo of that. How are you feeling? Good I hope. I am having a really hard time lately with what my doc thinks are adhesions. They are really quite painful. Not nearly quite as bad as a panc attack, thank God, but still quite a hinderence. I think I will have to see the surgeon again. Bummer. How long do you have to go before you graduate? What area would you like to work in? Is your leg getting better? Can you run again? I hope so. You really inspired me some time ago and I have been trying to get up enough steam to try to run, well power walking is more like it. But it does give a good cardio work out. Hopefull I can increase my stamina. Take care and thank again for the info.
Guest guest
, I am back running again. I have two years of NCAA eligiblility left, but I graduate in December in Physical Education. I allready have a job with a developmental agency as a developmental specialist. I have been working at the agency as a trainer since May, and I love it. Once I graduate I will pretty much be doing the same thing, but getting paid a whole lot more for my work. It is amazing what a pay increase you can get with a degree. Guest guest
Eileen, I am back being active because I had the tp/ict. Before that my physical activity was not consistent. I would run on days that I felt so-so, or do other activities when I didn't feel too well. I always would at least go for a walk, no matter how bad the pain was. Now, I can work go to school and be active because I have no pain. Crystal Galloway
