Congratulations to you and your daughter. That is wonderful news. I just want

to add, that according to the gene pool game, my son should have been a redhead

like his dad and grandad and auntie, etc...but isn't. He started out with jet

black (try and explain that one right after delivery to your red haired husband

LOL!!!), then he turned toehead blonde and is now light brown. I am very light

blonde at this minute (---whispers haircolor under her breath) and have been all

my life naturally but am now dark blonde by nature.

I was very blonde until I got pregnant with and then my haircolor darkened.

My mom was also toehead until she was pregnant with me and then turn light

auburn. My natural father has jet black hair as does most of his family. Guess

my moms hair color was more dominate then it should have been. My 2 brothers and

2 sisters are blonde as well.

Is there a point to this....of course! :-) I too wanted a red headed baby with

green eyes and was pretty sure I would get one with the gene pool combined, but

I didn't get one. I hope you get what you want. A nice healthy, happy, shiny

new baby.....redhair or not. Big Grin!!!! And much happiness for you.

thanks. Even if the baby has green hair, we will all be thrilled just to have a

healthy baby and mommy. Of course, I can't help hoping for a red head since

that's what my daughter wants. When that baby gets here, whatever color the

hair, all of a sudden he/she becomes the most beautiful baby in the world and

any thoughts of longing for anything different than what you are holding in your

arms are instantly gone forever!
