Guest guest
Hi, I had a revival of energy for all of this last night and decided to make " spooky green goblin dinner. " I steamed broccili and made " trees " which I laid out across the bottom of a cookie sheet. I made an SCD legal guacamole to dip the trees in. I ground up 5 raw boneless, skinless chicken thighs and mixed it with seasoning, 1 egg, chopped spinach, and a tbs of almond flour. The mixture was not firm, so I SPREAD it thinly across a cookie sheet and baked it. I was able to cut all kinds of Halloween shapes with a cookie cutter for my green scene. The parents got the scraps. haha Anyway, I was amazed at how much my son ate and how much fun I had making this. (Isn;t it exciting when they gobble up what you make?) SCD is one of the biggest challenges we will ever come across. It was nice to have fun cooking instead of feeling pressure to get food into my son! Guest guest
How creative, MS! You've inspired me. I'm going to roast the cauliflower whole and we'll dine on " brain " tonight. mom to -12 SCd 4/23/
