Guest guest
Ridges on fingernails could be a symptom of psoriasis. [ ] ridges on fingernails? I think I've seen this question asked before, but I couldn't find it in the archives (probably wasn't looking in the right spot). So I thought I'd just ask again. Does anyone have a child with ridges on their fingernails? I was cutting my daughter's fingernails tonight and noticed that all of her nails have major ridges on them. I checked on webmd, but didn't really find anything of help, so I thought I'd ask here. Thanks, Bonnie ________________________________________________________________________ More new features than ever. Guest guest
I have ridges on my finger nails. When my mom asked about it when i was a child she was told that if the mother has a fever while pregnant that can cause the ridges. Of course she was told this 36 years ago or so...they haveprobably found more info regarding this since then. --------------------------------- Never miss a thing. Make your homepage. Guest guest
Please look at this. I wrote a lot about it in the archives. It can be autoimmune, yeast, or metal and taking care of it matters. If you really can't find it email me offlist but do not ignore this in you or your child. Skin, nails and teeth should be in good shape. If not further inquiry as to what is going on inside needs to be made. > > I have ridges on my finger nails.
