Guest guest
My kids like the crepes I make with eggs and coconut nut oil. I made a spread from chicken, green beans and carrots. It actually wasn't too bad. I'm interested in making other kinds of spreads. Does anyone have any ideas for other kinds. Guest guest
Chicken/beef/pork with barbecue sauce? Squash seasoned with cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, clove and some honey? Squash with ghee and salt? Mashed avocado? Chicken with avocado? (I don't make these. Just brain-storming. Maybe I will!) mom to -12 SCD 4/23/
Guest guest
I would love to make one with avacado and chicken, but it always turns brown on me. I put lemon juice in it, but it still does. Anyone have an idea on how to keep it from turning brown. Diane Chicken/beef/pork with barbecue sauce? I took avocado mix with me when I went to Seattle / Surrey BC two weeks ago, and despite the fact that the airlines managed to crack both containers (I'd put them in ziplock bags as a safety measure, which was good) and we had to go buy new containers on arrival at our hotel, my mix stayed green the whole time. I use six Haas avocados and the juice of two large lemons. These are the smaller, bumpy skinned, so-called " California " avocados, as opposed to the much larger smooth-skinned " Florida " avocados. — Marilyn New Orleans, Louisiana, USA Undiagnosed IBS since 1976, SCD since 2001 Darn Good SCD Cook No Human Children Shadow & Sunny Longhair Dachshund
Guest guest
Maybe I didn't put enough lemon. I will try it again. I love the chicken and avacado.
