My kids like the crepes I make with eggs and coconut nut oil. I made a spread

from chicken, green beans and carrots. It actually wasn't too bad. I'm

interested in making other kinds of spreads. Does anyone have any ideas for

other kinds.

Chicken/beef/pork with barbecue sauce? Squash seasoned with cinnamon,

nutmeg, ginger, clove and some honey? Squash with ghee and salt? Mashed

avocado? Chicken with avocado?

(I don't make these. Just brain-storming. Maybe I will!)

I would love to make one with avacado and chicken, but it always turns brown on

me. I put lemon juice in it, but it still does. Anyone have an idea on how to

keep it from turning brown.

How much lemon juice to how many avocados? I took

avocado mix with me when I went to Seattle /

Surrey BC two weeks ago, and despite the fact

that the airlines managed to crack both

containers (I'd put them in ziplock bags as a

safety measure, which was good) and we had to go

buy new containers on arrival at our hotel, my mix stayed green the whole time.

I use six Haas avocados and the juice of two

large lemons. These are the smaller, bumpy

skinned, so-called " California " avocados, as

opposed to the much larger smooth-skinned " Florida " avocados.

Maybe I didn't put enough lemon. I will try it again. I love the chicken and

avacado.
