I checked this with the predicted loss on Dr. R's site and I'm right on target for one month out. My best! Jenn MGB 11-1-00 300 Lbs. 12-1-00 272 Lbs. LOL I'm eating mainly sugarfree-nonfat yogurts, soups, broths, " lite " juices, V8, sugarfree jello, sugarfree popcicles, saltines, reduced fat Ritz crackers. Just last week I added some hummus (home made-no added oils) to my crackers for extra protein and started eating a lot of miso soup with soft tofu (more protein) and other oriental soups with tofu in them, like hot and sour soup and others. I've also been eating the beans out of soups I've made if they are already *really* soft. I tried a small baked potato, mashed REALLY well, with nonfat sour cream and salsa last night. I was able to eat 1/2 of it. Thanks for your encouragement!
