Hi -

Thanks for the update on th nitroglycerin and how it went with you, I

for one really appreciate it! I talked to my PCP about nitroglycerin

for my attacks and he did some research and was ready to write me a

script to try it...I have been dragging my feet on this though. When I

have an attack, I used to swear that it was my heart that was part of

my problem...speeds up, slows down to nothing, and of course, it hurts

right there by the heart (I know the pain is not the heart now)I have

had every work up for heart problems. My heart is fine, it just does

funny things when I am in pain, and I don't want to make it act up

further with the nitroglycerin, but then again, I would take the heart

doing even crazier things and the headache that comes with it if it

took away an attack, or even lessened it. Anyway, thanks for sharing

your experience. I suspect that the same thing would happen to me that

happened to you during an attack test run...and I don't know if this

makes sense or not, but sometimes I am not ready to dash my hopes on

something that could work by going ahead and trying it only to find it

doesn't...this stupid disease has taken so much away, sometimes just

holding onto a thought that something just may work is all I need (for

awhile anyway)...sounds silly, huh?

Thanks for sharing!

Hugs,

Suzi B.
