Hi,

I've not been constipated in quite awhile now that my system has balanced

after stopping Pentasa in September. Should I continue the Cal/Mag supplement

or I was thinking to finish the bottle ( few days left) and see what happens. I

eat cheese pretty much daily and 1tsp yogurt but greens (kale or spin) every

day...

Also - is peppermint extract legal? Can seeds be ground into flour prior to

the end of symptoms?

Thanks,

Liz K

Hi Liz,

That's good news! :)

If you have been taking it all this time how about weaning yourself

off it instead of stopping it abruptly. You could try weaning it

over a 1-3 week period whichever you are comfortable with.

Good sources of calcium.

Pure peppermint extract is legal.

If you mean seeds like cumin seeds to be used as a flavour for foods

then yes. If you mean seeds like sesame seeds or sunflower seeds

sorry but no. There is an explanation at
