Guest guest
Hi , I did read your post about trying. If the doc has been out of town for a while he may have instructed the nurse to not accept any appts until his return. her hands may be just tied and nothing more. Call them back wednesday and be sure to get an appt. I did read your posts about Banks and I had heard other people say the same thing about him. Its seems odd but he takes appts based on his personal time or basis. I'm not sure but there does not seem to be any rhyme or reason. Its like, ok I have time for one or two this month and everybody else I will just blow off. What a jerk! Like I said earlier, your notes from Dr. L should be more then enough to get you into the pancreatic clinic at BIDH. Have you called them? I used to have that horrible burning as well. I never blew a whole in my panc but I think it finally went away after the 2nd surgery. I felt like I was about to spontaneously combust. I always ran a low grade temp and the docs didn't believe it was from the inflamed panc until after it was removed and my temps miraculously returned to its normal 97ish. I dont know how to tell you to help it out. Its seems like a drainage issue or maybe from the inflamed panc putting everything else out of whack. It certainly should be addressed by your doc tho, the GI with the scheduling issues. I do hope you feel better soon and can find a doc that wil listen and understand. If there is anything I can help you with, just let me know. Oh and rant all you want, we all do at some time or another. Warmly,
