Guest guest
Hi! I am going to explore the candida route. My OAT in august showed low levels of candida (but at that time i wasnt having as much gas and slime). I plan on ordering Candizyme, GSE, and S. Boulardii. Which should I begin with? Can I use any of these at the same time? I have just made up a batch of dripped yogurt but not sure if it should be continued with these. Thank you SO much! -kelly SCD since april 07 current SCD status: I am having lots of slime and not tolerating much beyond meats. After another 5 day intro diet last week, I ate really really boiled and blended asparagus and it still came out bright green in pieces in my stool. I tried 4 hour boiled carrots, mashed. Came out bright orange. I wonder if this is a sign of candida? or just poor enzymes and stomach acid...

Boulardii. Which should I> begin with?>>> Either S. boulardii or Candizyme may be good ones to start with. It oftens helps to start with less than a full dose and gradually increase the amounts. <<< Can I use any of these at the same time?>>> You can use GSE and Candizyme at the same time. Don't use candizyme or GSE at the same time as the S. boulardii. The candizyme will kill the S. boulardii (a good yeast). <<<< I have just made> up a batch of dripped yogurt but not sure if it should be continued> with these. > > Thank you SO much! > > -kelly > SCD since april 07 > > current SCD status: I am having lots of slime and not tolerating much> beyond meats.
