i'm in the same boat as you. where can i get these charcoal pills for myself??

You can get them anywhere really. Supermarket, health food store,

online. They are pretty cheap. I get mine from Puritan's Pride because

you can get more for less.

When I got up today, I had a sour stomach, so I took two. I had the

best pain & symptom free day that I have had in weeks. Weird huh? I

even cleaned my house!!! (I have not done that in months)

I wonder why they seem to help?
