Guest guest
My daughter is starting her 7th week of SCD. She has never had diarrhea but has always had chronic constipation (along with ADHD and behavioral issues). So many times Elaine's book refers to not trying something until no signs of diarrhea, which in our case I'm assuming means that as long as my daughter has a BM every day that I can keep on trying new foods and if she slows down then I should back off or limit the quantities of her most recent food additions. We're not showing any behavioral improvements yet, so I'm trying to base all food stages just on her having a daily BM (which is usually still little round balls, but occasionally is more tube-like). Is this correct or is there a general time-line for the non-diarrhea people to go by? Thanks, Janelle dd age 6, chronic constipation, ADHD, PTSD, bipolar, PANDAS

Doing the constipation protocol may help.
