Guest guest
I had endometrosis when I was 27 and a hysterectomy the year later. I went through leupron shots for 10 months in an attempt to " dry " it up. The first month after coming off, it was back. I had initally had a pelviscopy and some ablation to burn it off. This past spring I was told to use a different form of estrogen ( not the pill kind) I think we all get where I am going with this one, after using the messy stuff for a week and a half that all to familiar pain started and I couldn't walk, I was scheduled for another pelviscopy. I was put on Toradol and cancelled the pelviscopy once I stopped the estrogen within a few days the pain went away. I even asked the GYN Dr. if using estrogen this way would cause a flair up of any old endometrosis that might have been there and he said " possibly " . The GYN's don't want me to take oral as it can cause pancreatitis, and I won't use the other again. I always thought the endometrosis was because both of my grandmothers had it, and my mom it made sense that I would also.] I am a 4th generation pancreatitis person on my fathers side. I think there is a genetic predispostion here. Atwell LPN > > Suzi, > > > > I would love to read this article and will email you privatly when > I can.
