Guest guest Posted November 3, 2007 Report Share Posted November 3, 2007 I know that seeds are not recommended in the first few months of the diet, and Elaine says not to use a lot of them at any point, but does anyone know if substituting 1/4 - 1/2 of the almond flour with pumpkin flour would be OK in baked goods? Spread out over an entire recipe, one would get only a small amount with one serving. Also, if anyone has tried baking with pumpkin flour, does it work as well as almond flour in recipes?
