Guest guest
Hi everyone, I cannot tolerate lactose. I was diagnosed with coeliac disease in 1988 and also told, a few months later, that it would be sensible to eliminate lactose products as well. Occasionally I can take just the tiniest crumb of cheese but, often, even that upsets me. I've reached the point where i can eat very little of anything at all, really! Low fat! (CP) No lactose! No gluten ! (coeliac disease). No alcohol! (CP) Little citrus etc! (too acidic) Hardly God's gift to the restaurateurs' society!! A challenge....yes! Good wishes to all.
