Thanks Mark...yes, but I'm not a diabetic (yet) that I know of.

Just must be all the starches, sugary cola (helps better with the

nausea) and the lack of exercise. Just stinks that I dieted for

amost 2 yrs prior to this, lost over 70 lbs and then now have gained

back half of it. Probably what blew my gall bladder in the first

place though...all of that fat passing thru it. I sometimes wonder

about that.
