the alternative to the kefir starter is the body ecology culture starter and if

you click on that link within the website it gives good info an that particular

starter.

I'm not sure the strains in the body ecology culture

starter are legal. It seems to me there was a

discussion awhile ago about it. I'll check the

archives.

Hi Jean,

Sorry, but green coconut kefir is illegal.

Regular kefir is an advanced SCD food for those doing very well on the diet.
