Guest guest
I found this as the inactive ingredients for the calcium supplement my husband bought for my daughter.. could you please let me know if this is legal? When I tried to find other supplements, looks like these two are quite popular to use here in NZ. Guest guest
You really want to stay away from the macrogol. It is prescribed for kids with chronic constipation and is something others on this list are trying hard to wean off. It is also known as Miralax. I am amazed it's an ingredient in a calcium supplement. I would highly recommend trying to get calcium from food--almonds, leafy greens, salmon with bones, and perhaps later yogurt and cheese. mom to -12 SCD 4/23/
Guest guest
Hi Leena, I looked them up on Wikipedia, and it looks like neither are legal. Povidone passes through the body undigested (anything we don't digest feeds the bad bugs), and macrogol is a laxative. --- claricebellemum wrote: > I found this as the inactive ingredients for the > calcium supplement my > husband bought for my daughter.. could you please > let me know if this > is legal?
