my resistent 14 year has started SCD

Well, we did it: we started SCD, the whole family. I needed it for my health

problems, I wanted my aspie 14-yr old to try it, and my daughter (13, NT) and

hubby could both benefit by losing some weight, so we're starting?to diet?all

together.

I made a long explanation about why we're doing this, the different reasons for

each of us, and Josh sullenly agreed, or at least didn't argue (yet).

Later he said, " so, how long do we have to be on this diet? a month? "

" No, Josh, " I said, " it'll be a long time. Maybe a year or more. " ?

" WHAT?!!?!! I'm not doing this for a year!!!! "

Well, I'm crossing my fingers: he has a very poor sense of time. ;-)
