Guest guest
Today I hit 201 pounds. That sounds so good to me. But according to my recent past history, it may be quite some time before I make it into the century club. I have been below 210 for a month now. I hope the next 10 pounds come a little quicker. I still am not losing any in my waist either. My arms and legs are getting so flappy and wrinkled. I guess this means I AM loosing inches somewhere. I know the weight will come off....and the waist inches also. It's just that all my pants are way way too big in the seat, legs, and lower stomach, but not even a bit in the waist. I can't buy any new ones in a smaller size because then the waist would be too tight. I guess I just have something to look forward to. I have had no nausea, vomiting or any adverse reactions to any foods. However, when I eat dry cereal, I don't feel too good for a while and my heart seems to pound for about 15-20 minutes. Milk and some other mystery foods give me TONS of gas. I have not decided yet just what foods do it, if any. Maybe I'm just getting rid of all the hot air I have stored up over the years. Thanks to all of you guys for your funny, sad, interesting, " sarcastic " and wonderful posts. I am addicted to these lists.
