Guest guest
Last night we saw U2 at Madison Square Garden. Waited years to see them and bought tickets for them 7 months ago (before I got sick with this). The show was incredible, brilliant musicains and the best show I have ever seen. But half way into it, I began to get a " stitch " on my left side and my abdoment was getting distended and my left side painful. Trying to sleep on my stomach and my left side last night felt like I was trying to sleep on a golf ball that was there. I'm really disheartened that I can't do something like that and move to music without having this happen. Eileen
Guest guest
Hi Eileen, I know that feeling of frustration at not being able to dance or get into the music. I am going to Madison Square Garden on Oct 26th to see Cream. I have a 7 hour drive, which I can't do anymore, so a buddy from NYC brought me a plane ticket to fly down. This disease definetly limits one's social life. Hang in there, I have seen U2 many times, the 1st being in 1982 at The Dr Pepper Music Festival in Manhattan at the pier. Would you believe that U2 was the opening act for Squeeze? I feel old now...hope you feel better...Jim
Guest guest
Cream?? Yeah, I wish I could see that show. I hope no one has a heart attack on stage. In the white room, with black curtains... Jerry/NC ********************************************* > > Hi Eileen, I know that feeling of frustration at not being able to > dance or get into the music. Guest guest
Thanks Jim. Going to things like this makes me feel alive, so having this CP interfere with it really depresses me. I saw Squeeze open for Bowie! LOL! Nice friend you have there. :-) Eileen > > Hi Eileen, I know that feeling of frustration at not being able to > dance or get into the music.
