Guest guest
Does anyone know if Earth Balance buttery spread is legal? It contains no gluten, cassein, whey, gmos and no carbs; however, it is made from soy. I know that soy oil is legal so would this be considered a legal soy oil? Does it make a difference if the soy oil is made into a solid? My son hasn't been tested for it yet but I fear he is allergic to dairy. I've been using Ghee with no incidents but it's a lot more expensive then the Earth Balance. April

Guest guest
That's strange I was reading BTVC last night and I could've sworn she said soybean oil was legal. My mistake. I was really tired. Guest guest
The book does say that soybean oil is legal. But the web site is probably more up to date. B. (I'm new.
