Foot surgery

Hi ,

I do so sympathise over the foot problems. For a while it was thought

I might have Morton's Neuroma but it turned out " only " to be

metatarsalgia (Painful toes/feet!) and treatable with the correct

orthotics in my shoes. I still have to be careful about the sort of

shoes I wear and have to avoid pressure etc. but I now don't suffer

from that dreadful foot pain which can make you feel just so

miserable. I also used to pay a fortune for shoes which seemed

comfortable at first but then turned out to be just as bad as earlier

pairs!

I'm sorry you need surgery but I'm sure it will help the situation

tremendously.

Good luck!

So sorry to hear about yet another problem, girl. It's just as I said

in my other post to Walt, as soon as one thing settles down, you find

out there's something new to deal with!!

The foot surgery will hopefully only be a minor nuisance. If you

remember, I had mine done last spring, that was a bunionectomy and

correction of a hammer toe, but a pretty intensive procedure all the

same, and I did have all that crazy recovery stuff afterward.

The whole recovery probably took two months, before I could get into a

real shoe again, but it was definetely worth it! My shoes don't hurt

now, and my feet don't hurt, and that's so much better than before.

You'll be happy for it afterward when you can get yourself into a

nice, warm shoe for the winter.

With love, hope and prayers,

Heidi
