Guest guest
I am still trying to get this diet right. I have a question about the legal cheeses. When I was at the store I looked at the ingredients on the chedder cheeses. I saw that it had paturized milk in it. Is that okay for the diet? Does everybody buy their cheese at the regular store? Please explain in detail how this whole cheese thing works. Thanks! Adrienne

In a similar manner that yogurt is made from pasteurized milk, cheese is made from pasteurized milk. <<<<Does everybody buy their cheese at the regular > store? I mostly stick to the " eat freely " cheeses that are listed in the appendix of BTVC. I have also had some wonderful brie and goat brie from the grocery store. The goat brie was especially delicious. : ) Sheila, SCD Feb. 2001, UC 23yrs, PCOD 22yrs mom of and
